Saw them in '91 on Pornograffitti tour, opening for ZZ Top. Saw them in '18 at HOB during NAMM weekend. Kicked butt both times, 25+ years apart. Gary is one of the best and yet underrated frontmen in Rock.

Best show ever. Pornograffiti tour- San Francisco, The Stone on Broadway- Alice in Chains, opened. Gary is the best frontman of all time, in my opinion. Van Halen was lucky to have him. Coming from an original VH fan. Only DLR and Gary had that same energy. Second to this show, for me, was Soundgarden Badmotorfinger. Good times. Side note: Paul Geary, was an amazing person that treated me and my best friend with total respect. Such a special memory to me. Love these guys forever.

Great song. I love Nuno Bettencourt. He played this same song with Steven Tyler. Nuno and Gary are fantastic together.

It does not get much better than this. A beautiful flightworthy fretless bass tone. Pat Metheny"s " Bright Sized Life" has become a sort of right of passage template for fretless bass. Richard Bona also performed this piece with its composer and does an equally excellent job. Jaco's influence lives on!!
